摘　　要：2020年新年伊始,新型冠状病毒在我国南方武汉滋生蔓延并席卷全国,2020年也恰逢哈尔滨建城史上爆发特大鼠疫110周年,回顾历史对有效抗击、防治疫情具有重要借鉴意义。《1910-1911年中东铁路附属地哈尔滨及其郊区的肺鼠疫:关于防疫局活动的医学报告》,是俄罗斯学者В.М.鲍古茨基编写的一部全面反映百年前中东铁路附属地哈尔滨及其郊区肺鼠疫发生、发展与停止的俄文著作。该书编写目的明确、内容充分、数据详实,具有重要史料与学术价值。At the very beginning of 2020,novel coronavirus bred and spread in Wuhan,south of China,and swept across the whole country.The year 2020 just coincides with the 110th anniversary of the outbreak of plague in the history of Harbin.The review of history is of great signficance for the effective fight against and control of the epidemic.The book,1910—1911 Pneumonic Plague in Harbin and Its Suburbs of Middle East Railway:Medical Reports on the Activities of the Epidemic Prevention,written by Russian scholarВ.М.Bogutz,comprehensively records the occurrence,development and cessation of pneumonic plague in Harbin and its suburbs along the middle eastern railway 100 years ago.This book has the important historical data and the academic value due to its clear purposes,sufficient contents,detailed data.
