床旁CRRT治疗急性重症胰腺炎患者行多学科协作护理干预的价值

摘　　要：目的:分析急性重症胰腺炎患者床旁连续性肾脏替代疗法(CRRT)治疗中应用多学科协作护理干预的价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院医治的60例急性重症胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,选取时间为2018年5月-2020年5月。根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予多学科协作护理干预。比较两组护理前后心理状态、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果:护理后,试验组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发生发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多学科协作护理干预应用于急性重症胰腺炎患者床旁CRRT治疗中,能够明显改善患者心理状态,减少并发症的发生,提高生活质量,促进预后,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the value of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention in bedside continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)for patients with acute severe pancreatitis.Method:Sixty patients with acute severe pancreatitis who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention.Psychological state,quality of life before and after nursing and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention in the treatment of bedside CRRT in patients with acute severe pancreatitis can significantly improve the psychological status of patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the quality of life and promote the prognosis,which is worthy of promotion.
