中-下鼻道联合开窗术对非侵袭性霉菌性上颌窦炎的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中-下鼻道联合开窗术对非侵袭性霉菌性上颌窦炎的治疗效果。方法:选取2017年11月-2019年10月医院收治的113例非侵袭性霉菌性上颌窦炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=56,中鼻道开窗术)和观察组(n=57,中-下鼻道联合开窗术),比较两组总有效率、恢复状况。结果:观察组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后愈合时间显著早于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者霉菌残留率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在非侵袭性霉菌性上颌窦炎临床治疗中应用中-下鼻道联合开窗术,可提高临床疗效,患者术后愈合期短,霉菌残留率低。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of middle and lower meatus combined with fenestration on noninvasive mycotic maxillary sinusitis.Method:A total of 113 patients with non-invasive mycotic maxillary sinusitis admitted to the hospital from November 2017 to October 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(n=56,middle nasal passage fenestration)and the observation group(n=57,combined middle-lower nasal fenestration)by random number table method,compared the total effective rate and recovery status of the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the clinical effect of the observation group was significant(P<0.05).The healing time of patients in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The residual rate of mold in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of non-invasive mycotic maxillary sinusitis,the combined fenestration of the middle and lower nasal meatus has the advantages of enhanced clinical effect,short postoperative healing period and low mould residue rate.
