摘  要:目的:分析微生态调节剂辅以蓝光联合茵栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年12月收治的黄疸患儿200例,采用随机数字分析法将其分为研究组和对照组,各100例。对照组患儿微生态调节剂辅以蓝光治疗,研究组患儿在此基础上联合茵栀黄颗粒治疗,记录观察两组患儿的临床疗效,TBA、TBIL、IBIL水平及经皮胆红素值水平。结果:研究组患儿的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患儿的TBA、TBIL及IBIL水平、经皮胆红素值均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微生态调节剂辅以蓝光联合茵栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果明显,能够有效缓解新生儿黄疸症状,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of microecological modulator combined with blue light and Yinzhihuang Granule in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Method:A total of 200 cases of jaundice in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with microecological regulator supplemented with blue light therapy,and the study group was treated with Yinzhihuang Granules on this basis.The clinical efficacy,TBA,TBIL and IBIL levels,and transcutaneous bilirubin level of the two groups were recorded and observed.Result:The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of TBA,TBIL,IBIL and transcutaneous bilirubin in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of microecological modulator combined with blue light and Yinzhihuang Granules in the treatment of neonatal jaundice is obvious,which can effectively alleviate the symptoms of neonatal jaundice,and is worth clinical promotion.
