摘 要:为分析工作参数对茶园物理捕虫机捕虫效果的影响,基于fluent软件对捕虫机吸气筒内部流场进行数值模拟与分析,研究不同入口风速及作业角度下吸气筒内部流场的变化规律。结果表明,入口风速和作业角度对吸气筒内部流场变化影响显著,当吸气筒直角作业时,随着入口风速的增大,吸气筒内部流场的整体流动速度逐渐增大,同时其波动也随之增大,其内部压力场变化不大;当吸气筒作业角度为钝角时,吸气筒内部流场整体呈负压状态,非负压区有效减小,更有利于平稳吸虫作业,综合考虑,较优的入口风速为10~15 m/s。采用正交试验方法进行田间试验,得到各因素主次顺序为:入口风速、吸气筒角度、作业速度,最优组合为:吸气筒角度130°,入口风速15 m/s,作业速度0.4 m/s,其平均捕虫率达到83.5%,满足作业要求。In order to analyze the influence of working parameters on the trapping effect of portable negative pressure traps,based on fluent software,the internal flow field of the suction cylinder of the trap was numerically simulated and analyzed,and the changes of the internal flow field of the suction cylinder under different inlet wind speeds and operating angles were studied.The results show that the inlet wind speed and operating angle have a significant effect on the change of the internal flow field of the suction cylinder.When the suction tube is operated at a right angle,as the inlet wind speed increases,the overall flow velocity of the internal flow field of the suction cylinder gradually increases,while Its fluctuation also increases,and its internal pressure field does not change much;when the working angle of the suction cylinder is obtuse,the overall flow field of the suction cylinder is in a negative pressure state,and the non-negative pressure area is effectively reduced,which is more conducive to stability for fluke operation,comprehensive consideration,the optimal inlet wind speed is 10~15 m/s.The orthogonal test method was used to conduct field experiments,and the primary and secondary order of the factors was:inlet wind speed,suction tube angle,and operating speed.The optimal combination was:suction tube angle 130°,inlet wind speed 15 m/s,and operating speed 0.4 m/s.The average catching rate of insects reached 83.5%,meeting operational requirements.
