摘  要:为提高橡胶籽脱壳加工的脱壳率和降低其破碎率,本文结合橡胶籽物理特性,运用Box-Behnken试验设计理论进行关键部件工作参数试验与优化,重点研究橡胶籽脱壳试验机工作关键参数中滚筒转速、脱壳间隙、滚筒表面材料自流角对脱壳率、破碎率的影响规律,将脱壳率、破碎率作为响应指标进行双目标优化和响应面分析,得出当橡胶籽脱壳试验机关键部件在给定区间内的最佳工作参数组合为:滚筒转速343.03 r/min,脱壳间隙12.35 mm,滚筒表面材料自流角15.5°,此时脱壳率和破碎率达到区间内最优解,其值分别为84.53%、12.95%。将优化参数修正后在实验室自制的橡胶籽脱壳试验机上多次重复验证试验,得出此时平均脱壳率为83.78%,破碎率为12.47%,说明此工作参数优化结果具有较高可靠性。该研究可为提高橡胶籽脱壳设备工作质量提供参考。In order to improve the shelling rate of rubber seed shelling and reduce its breakage rate,this paper combines the physical characteristics of rubber seed and uses Box-Behnken test design theory to test and optimize the working parameters of key components,focusing on the work of rubber seed shelling test machine.Among the key parameters,the effects of speed of roller plate,shelling gap plate,and self-flow angle of roller surface material on the shelling rate and breakage rate.The shelling rate and breakage rate are used as response indicators for response surface analysis and dual-objective optimization.It is concluded that the best working parameter combination of the key components of the rubber seed dehulling test machine in the given range is speed of roller plate 343.03 r/min,shelling gap plate 12.35 mm,self-flow angle of roller surface material 15.5°,then dehulling test The shelling rate and breakage rate reached the best solution in this interval,which were 84.53%and 12.95%respectively.After the optimization parameters were corrected,the verification test was repeated several times on the laboratory-made rubber seed hulling test machine,and the average shelling rate was 83.78%and the breakage rate was 12.47%,indicating that the optimization results of this working parameter are highly reliable.This research can provide a reference for improving the working quality of rubber seed shelling equipment.
