摘  要:本文介绍了一起220kV氧化锌避雷器在雨天时泄漏电流偏低的异常情况。通过分析OMDS在线监测数据和对避雷器进行红外精确测温,再结合相关试验,综合分析找出了氧化锌避雷器泄漏电流偏低的原因为底部瓷套螺栓存在锈蚀和瓷套严重脏污,造成雨天避雷器泄漏电流通过底座旁路导通分流所致。针对此现象,提出及时对锈蚀严重的螺栓进行更换和对脏污的瓷套进行清洁处理的有效措施。This paper introduces an abnormal situation of low leakage current of 220kV zinc oxide arrester in rainy days.Through the analysis of OMDS online monitoring data and accurate infrared temperature measurement of the arrester.combined with relevant tests.the cause of the low leakage current of the zinc oxide arrester was found out through comprehensive analysis.which was caused by the corrosion of the porcelain sleeve bolts at the bottom and the serious smudging of the porcelain sleeve.resulting in the leakage current of the arrester being shunt through the base bypass in rainy days.In view of this phenomenon.the effective measures were put forward to replace the seriously corroded bolt and clean the dirty porcelain sleeve in time.
