摘  要:为改善烤烟生长发育和提升烟叶品质,对高产IAA芽孢杆菌在烤烟上的施用效果进行了研究。结果表明:烟株打顶后喷施高产IAA芽孢杆菌能够促进烤烟叶片的生长发育,烟株田间长势较好,同时烤后烟叶经济性状优于常规对照;喷施IAA芽孢杆菌的烤后烟叶外观质量表现较好,上部烟叶身份适中、油分增加、组织结构相对疏松,碱含量呈下降趋势,总糖和还原糖含量有一定程度提升;促进烟株对钾素的吸收,烟叶钾含量呈增加趋势。由此可见,高产IAA芽孢杆菌能够改善烤烟生长发育和品质,在烤烟生产应用中具有一定的优势。In order to improve the growth and quality of flue-cured tobacco,a field experiment was conducted to study the application effect of high-yielding IAA bacillus on flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that the highyielding IAA bacillus could promote the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco leaves,the growth of tobacco plants in the field was better,and the economic properties of flue-cured tobacco were better than that of the control.The appearance quality of tobacco leaves was better after spraying with high-yielding IAA bacillus,the identity of upper leaves was moderate,the oil content increased,the tissue structure was relatively loose,the nicotine content of upper leaves decreased,the total sugar and reducing sugar content increased to a certain extent. According to the potassium content of flue-cured tobacco leaves,the excellent characteristics of high-yielding IAA bacillus is conducive to the absorption of potassium,and the potassium content of tobacco leaves shows an increasing trend. Therefore,the high-yielding IAA bacillus can improve the growth and quality of flue-cured tobacco,and has application advantages in the production of flue-cured tobacco.
