箱式防虫罩在复烤片烟到工业仓库过程中的防虫效果

摘　　要：复烤企业由于存放大量原烟极易发生虫害,导致加工后的成品片烟感染害虫。卷烟企业将这些带虫片烟采购入库,从而与库存的片烟交叉感染,给烟虫防治工作带来极大困难。使用箱式防虫罩将片烟与带虫空间进行物理隔离,避免加工后的片烟感染,保证无虫片烟进入卷烟工业仓库,在复烤高架库防虫中效果显著,为原料生态防虫提供了新的手段。In redrying enterprises,it is prone to insect infestation due to the storage of a large amount of original tobacco,which leads to the infestation of the finished sheet tobacco after processing. Cigarette companies purchase these worm-carrying cigarettes into the warehouse,which leads to cross-infection with the stocked cigarettes,which brings great difficulties to tobacco pest control. The box-type insect cover is used to physically isolate the tobacco from the insect-carrying space to prevent the processed tobacco from infecting insects and to ensure that the insectfree tobacco enters the cigarette industrial warehouse. The results show that the use of box-type insect-proof cover in the re-bake elevated warehouse has a significant effect of preventing insects,which provides a new method for ecological insect control of raw materials.
