摘　　要：源于遮风避雨、生养栖息的“住”是人类日常生活的基本需求之一,住宅也成为城市中数量最大的建筑,牵涉千万家庭的生活,是城市经济发展和社会稳定的重要因素。改革开放后,深圳人不断在日常生活实践中积累经验,对住宅的认识和需求从无到有,不断建构拥有自豪感和归属感的理想家园。人们在日常生活中通过对住宅的购买、改造、使用来表达自我,参与了社区空间和形象的建构,潜移默化地影响了深圳住宅和城市发展。普通人在日常生活中为自己发声,他们的需求成为促进房地产商变革创新的动力,也是发展可负担的宜居城市的重要推动力。Housing is one of the basic needs of human life.Dwelling houses make the largest number of buildings in the city,which involve the lives of millions of families.Housing is therefore an important factor in the economic development and social stability of the cities.After the reform and opening⁃up,Shenzhen people’s understanding and demand for housing have evolved a lot.They have continuously accumulated expe⁃riences in building ideal homes which offer them pride and a sense of belonging.They expressed themselves through the purchase,transformation and use of their dwelling houses,and participated in the construction of community space and image,which exerted a subtle influence on housing development and urban development in Shenzhen.Ordinary people speak for themselves in their daily life,and their needs have become the driving force for the reform and innovation of real estate developers and for the government to develop affordable and livable cities.
