益肺宣肺降浊颗粒对脑梗死急性期患者神经功能及血清ox-LDL、hs-CRP的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益肺宣肺降浊颗粒对脑梗死急性期患者神经功能及血清氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响,探讨益肺宣肺降浊颗粒治疗脑梗死的作用机理。方法:选取平舆县人民医院老年病科住院治疗的脑梗死急性期患者,随机分为对照组42例和治疗组41例。对照组按照脑梗死急性期的治疗方案,予抗血小板聚集、抗凝、降纤、扩容及营养脑神经等常规治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予益肺宣肺降浊颗粒口服,每日1剂,连用14 d。两组在治疗前、治疗后第7 d和治疗后第14 d分别记录美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,同时测定患者血清ox-LDL、hs-CRP水平。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗后NIHSS评分均明显降低(P<0.01),治疗后第14 d,治疗组NIHSS评分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后第14 d ox-LDL、hs-CRP水平均明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组ox-LDL及hs-CRP水平改善更显著,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益肺宣肺降浊颗粒可改善脑梗死急性期患者神经功能缺损情况,降低血清ox-LDL及hs-CRP水平,具有神经保护作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of Yifei Xuanfei Jiangzhuo Granule on neurological function,serum ox-LDL and hs-CRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and to explore the mechanism of Yifei Xuanfei Jiangzhuo Granule on cerebral infarction.Methods:Patients with acute cerebral infarction who were hospitalized in the department of geriatrics of Pingyu County People’s Hospital were randomly divided into the control group(n=42)and the treatment group(n=41).The control group follow a routine treatment plan,anti-platelet aggregation,anticoagulation,anti-fibrosis,expansion and nourish of brain nerve were given,basis on the same treatment of control group,orally taken of Yifei Xuanfei Jiangzhuo Granule was added to treatment group’s treatment plan,1 dose a day,for 14 days.The NIHSS scores of the two groups were recorded before treatment,7 d after treatment and 14 d after treatment,and the serum ox-LDL and hs-CRP levels were measured at the same time.Results:After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.01).On the 14th day after treatment,the reduced of NIHSS scores of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ox-LDL and hs-CRP levels also were significantly reduced(P<0.01)after treatment,and on the 14th day after treatment,compared to control group the ox-LDL and hs-CRP levels of treatment group decreasing more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yifei Xuanfei Jiangzhuo Granule can be applied to improve neurological deficits in patients with acute cerebral infarction,reduce serum ox-LDL and hs-CRP levels,and have neuroprotective effect.
