复方甘桑洗液抗菌及止痒作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方甘桑洗液的抗菌、止痒作用。方法:分别采用牛津杯法及琼脂稀释法测定复方甘桑洗液对大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌4种标准菌株的药物敏感性及最小抑菌浓度(MIC),采用皮下注射4-氨基吡啶致小鼠瘙痒模型考察复方甘桑洗液的止痒作用。结果:复方甘桑洗液对大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌均为轻度敏感;对金黄色葡萄球菌为极度敏感,其抑制效果略优于阳性药洁尔阴洗液;对白色念珠菌和大肠杆菌的MIC为620 mg/ml,对铜绿假单胞菌的MIC值为155 mg/ml,对金黄色葡萄球菌MIC值为38.75 mg/ml;背部涂抹复方甘桑洗液后,瘙痒模型小鼠舔体次数显著减少,给药浓度对小鼠舔体次数影响较小,高剂量组小鼠舔体次数略低于低剂量组,复方甘桑洗液高、低剂量组显著优于阳性对照组。结论:复方甘桑洗液具有显著的抗菌、止痒作用。Objective:To investigate the antibacterial and antipruritic effects of Compound Gansang Lotion.Methods:The drug sensitivity and minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of four standard strains(Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus)were determined by Oxford plate method and agar dilution method respectively,and the antipruritic effect of Compound Gansang Lotion was investigated by the mice which induced in 4-aminopyridine by subcutaneous injection.Results:Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans were slightly sensitive to Compound Gansang Lotion,while Staphylococcus aureus was extremely sensitive to Compound Gansang Lotion,and its inhibitory effect was slightly better than positive control(Jieeryin Lo⁃tion).The MIC of Compound Gansang Lotion against Candida albicans and Escherichia coli were 620 mg/ml,MIC of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 155 mg/ml,MIC of Staphylococcus aureus was 38.75 mg/ml.After smearing Compound Gansang Lotion on the back,the licking times of pruritus model mice decreased significantly,and the concentration had little effect on the licking times of mice.The licking times of mice in the high-dose group was slightly lower than that in the low-dose group.The high and low-dose groups of Compound Gansang Lotion were significantly better than the positive control group.Conclusion:Compound Gansang Lotion has significant antibacterial and antipruritic effects.
