摘　　要：马克思在虚拟资本研究上的贡献是开创性的。他对虚拟资本有着深刻的洞察和完整的分析,揭示了虚拟资本是“现实资本运动的没有概念的形式”的本质,论述了虚拟资本如何伴随价值运动的独立化而产生,阐述了信用与虚拟资本之间互促共荣的机制,也分析了虚拟资本既可帮助现实资本短时间内快速扩张,也可把资源从现实资本中抽取出来的辩证关系。这些论述是与货币理论、劳动价值论、资本积累理论、资本循环与周转及再生产理论等密切结合在一起的整体,只有了解马克思的思想理论体系,才能真正理解马克思的虚拟资本理论。Marx’s contribution to the study of fictitious capital is groundbreaking.He has a deep insight and complete analysis into fictitious capital.Marx reveals that fictitious capital is the form without concept of real capital movement,the essence of fictitious capital is discussed about how fictitious capital came into being with the independence of value movement.He elaborated on the mechanism of mutual promotion and co-prosperity between credit and fictitious capital,and also analyzed the dialectical relationship of fictitious capital not only helping real capital to expand rapidly in a short time,but also extracting resources from real capital.These discussions are closely combined with the monetary theory,scientific labor theory of value,capital accumulation theory,capital circulation and reproduction theory.Only by understanding Marx’s ideological and theoretical system,can we utterly understand Marx’s fictitious capital theory.
