摘  要:以二水合氯化铜为铜源、氢氧化钠为碱源、水合肼为还原剂,采用液相还原法制备出了分散性好、形貌规则的纯相八面体氧化亚铜(Cu2O)颗粒。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和X射线能谱分析(EDS)等技术手段探讨了铜源和还原剂用量对Cu2O颗粒的影响。结果表明,尽管铜源的用量不会改变Cu2O颗粒形貌,但对颗粒的粒径有重要的影响。当铜源与碱源的摩尔数之比由1∶2增至3∶2时,Cu2O的粒径将减小至原粒径的约1/2,同时伴有大量约1/10原粒径尺寸的小颗粒产生。而还原剂的用量会改变颗粒表面的吸附效应,但过量的还原剂会破坏Cu2O颗粒的形貌,并还原出金属Cu单质。Using the copper dichloride as the copper source,the sodium hydroxide as the alkaline source and the hydrazine hydrate as the reducing agent,the pure octahedral cuprous oxide(Cu2O)particles with good dispersion and regular morphology were prepared by the liquid phase reduction method.The effects of the dosages of the copper source and reducing agent on the Cu2O particles were investigated by the techniques of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Xray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The results show that even though the dosage of the copper source does not change the morphology of the Cu2O particles,it has an important influence on the particle size.When the ratio of the number of moles between the copper source and alkaline source increases from1∶2 to 3∶2,the particle size of Cu2O will decreases to about 1/2 of the original particle size,a large number of small particles with a size of about 1/10 of the original particle size are produced at the same time.Meanwhile,the dosage of the reducing agent changes the adsorption effect of the particle surface,while excessive reducing agent will destroy the morphology of Cu2O particles and the elemental metal Cu will be obtained by the reducing process.
