关于近现代报刊文献数据库建设相关问题的思考

摘　　要：在中国近现代文化启蒙运动中,报刊起到了重要作用。同样,近现代回族人创办的报刊见证了近现代中国和回族社会的发展。文章从填补资料空白、抢救与保护文化遗产、为实现文化强国汲取精神力量等方面对建立近现代报刊文献数据库的意义进行了探讨;从数字化趋势、古籍数字化技术、近现代报刊资料具备的数字化条件、有特色优势等方面对建立近现代报刊文献数据库的可行性进行了分析;提出近现代报刊文献数据库建设中应注意的几个问题,认为数据库的建成,不仅有利于民族文化的传承、保护和发展,而且有利于中华民族文化的发扬与光大,对振奋民族精神、共筑中华民族共同体意识有重要促进作用。Newspapers had played an important role during the new cultural movement in modern times of China,Hui funded newspapers also had witnessed this development. This article discussed the significance of construction of newspaper documentary database through data collection,cultural heritage preservation,and cultural improving energy vitalization;analysed the reliability of construction of newspaper documentary database through trends of digitalization,digital techniques of old documentary,the conditions of digitalization,and specific advantages;pointed out that the construction of newspaper documentary database would improve the inheritance of ethnic culture and the building of common entity of Chinese nation.
