摘 要:某低压转子锻件经超声波探伤,在轴身中段的芯部发现超标缺陷。通过解剖取样,金相检验及缺陷断口检测,确认探伤超标缺陷为疏松孔隙。结合低压转子制造流程和现场操作情况,确认缺陷与钢锭芯部疏松有关。据此提出控制浇注过程以减少疏松,选择合理锻比以锻合缩孔缺陷等措施。实施后生产的多支低压转子锻件经超声波探伤均未发现芯部超标缺陷,满足客户验收标准。A unacceptable defect is found in the core of the middle section of a low pressure rotor forging by means of ultrasonic examination,and judged as porosity with methods of sampling by dissecting for sampling,metallographic test and fracture test.The investigation to the manufacture program and operational situation at site of the low pressure rotor finds out the generation of such defect is related to the porosity of the ingot core.For this reason,the paper proposes to control casting process to reduce porosity and choose rational forging ratio to eliminate flaws such as shrinkage cavity.Some low pressure rotors that are made according to the propose see no unacceptable defect in them with ultrasonic examination and fulfill the acceptance criteria of users.
