摘  要:介绍了6M缸体铸件的结构及技术要求,针对原工艺生产的铸件加工后出现的渗漏和缸孔缺陷问题,从材料到工艺进行排查分析后,采取了控制废钢成分、严格执行高温静置工艺、球墨铸铁铁液使用的浇包不与灰铸铁铁液使用的浇包混用、热节部位增加小的激冷销、取消缸孔芯撑、加强Te涂料刷涂质量以及严格控制现场水套芯涂料使用情况等措施,使渗漏率由12.2%下降至4.3%,缸孔芯撑部位缺陷彻底消除,缸孔缺陷废品率由8.77%下降至1.98%,外废率下降至8.19%,有效解决了缸体渗漏和缸孔缺陷问题。The casting structure and technical requirements of 6M cylinder block were introduced.In order to solve the problems with the castings produced by using former casting method and process that leakage and cylinder hole defect found after casting machining,checked and analyzed from material to process and method,adopted following measures including to control steel scrap composition,strictly implement high temperature holding process,the ladles used for nodular iron castings were not mixed with those for gray iron,set small chilling pin in the hot spots,cancel chaplet for cylinder hole core,improve Te coating brushing quality,and strictly control usage of the coating for water jacket core.As a result,the leakage rate reduced from 12.2%to 4.3%,the defect at cylinder hole chaplet area had been thoroughly eliminated,the cylinder hole defect caused rejection rate was reduced from 8.77%to 1.98%,the rejection rate found during machining reduced to 8.19%.The problems with cylinder block leakage and cylinder hole defect was effectively solved.
