摘 要:介绍了采用中频电炉熔化铸铁时,铁液炉前化学成分的调整计算方法。详细阐述了调整前的准备工作、补加同类合金法、补加生铁或增碳剂法、补加废钢法、出铁重配法、延时烧损法等常用的炉前铁液化学成分调整方法。以柴油发动机飞轮壳铸件为实例,验证了化学成分调整方法的可行性,结果显示:根据炉前化学成分超标的具体情况,选用一种或多种适宜的方法进行化学成分调整,可以准确、有效地控制铸件化学成分,确保铸件质量稳定和提升。The calculation method for adjusting chemical composition of the furnace iron melt during medium frequency furnace melting was introduced.The common furnace iron melt chemical composition adjustment methods was described in detail:preparation before adjustment,adding same alloy method,adding pig iron or carburetant method,adding steel scrap method,iron tapping weight allocating method,delay burning method.Taking diesel engine flywheel housing as example,the feasibility of chemical composition adjustment method was verified.The result showed:according to the specific situation of furnace iron melt chemical composition exceeding the standard,by selecting one or more suitable methods for chemical composition adjustment,it was possible to accurately and effectively control the chemical composition of castings and ensure the quality stability and improvement of castings.
