摘 要:介绍了一种铸造用抗吸湿型无机粘结剂的研究过程:以普通水玻璃为主要成分,在100 g普通水玻璃中加入4 g KOH后,取20 g作粘结剂,加入1 kg标准砂中,在混砂时加入8 g A剂、7 g微硅粉后制芯。砂芯通过加热芯盒、吹热空气的复合硬化工艺硬化,具体制芯工艺为:芯盒温度200℃,热空气温度150℃,吹气时间40 s,射砂时间2 s,吹气压力0.3 MPa,射砂压力0.5 MPa。试验结果显示:制备的砂芯热强度为0.68 MPa,常温强度为2.65 MPa,在35℃、湿度60%环境中存放2 h后强度1.55 MPa,4 h强度1.18 MPa,具有很好的抗拉强度和抗吸湿能力。The research process of an foundry-used anti-moisture absorption inorganic binder was introduced:common water glass was used as main component,after adding 4 g KOH into 100 g common water glass,taking 20 g as binder which was added into 1 kg standard sand,the core-making was conducted after adding 8 g agent A and 7 g microsilicon powder during sand mixing.The sand core was hardened by composite hardening process of heating core box and blowing hot air.The specific core-making process was:core box temperature of 200℃,hot air temperature of 150℃,blowing time of 40 s,sand shooting time of 2 s,blowing pressure of 0.3 MPa,sand-shooting pressure of 0.5 MPa.Test result showed:the hot strength of the finished sand core was of 0.68 MPa,its normal temperature strength was of 2.65 MPa,after keeping 2 h under the condition of 35℃,moisture of 60%,the strength was of 1.55 MPa,after keeping 4 h,the strength was of 1.18 MPa that indicated the core had quite good tensile strength and anti-moisture absorption ability.
