摘　　要：空中交通管制员的任务是保证飞行安全,但特殊的工作性质和高强度的工作负荷致使管制员长期处于疲劳状态,从而影响航空安全运行。本文通过实验模拟,分析管制员的生理疲劳和心理疲劳反应,探讨不同年龄阶段管制员的疲劳指数,阐述二者间的关联及预防和缓解措施,旨在提高对管制员疲劳问题的重视,改善管制员的工作状态。The responsibility of air traffic controllers is to ensure flight safety,but the special nature of the work and the high intensity of workload make the controllers in a state of fatigue for a long time,which affects the safe operation of aviation.Through an experimental simulation,this paper analyzes the physical fatigue and mental fatigue responses of controllers,explores the fatigue index of controllers at different ages,and states the correlation between them,so as to the prevention and mitigation measures,in order to pay attention to the problem of controller fatigue,and improve the working status of controllers.
