摘 要:钽覆层或钽管的焊接过程是制造钽制设备的关键步骤。对化工设备用钽材进行了力学性能测试研究,介绍了钽复合板设备的3种连接结构,梳理了相关的焊接研究成果,提出了确保焊接质量的主要控制要点。研究结果表明,跟碳钢比,钽的刚度和断后伸长率更大,硬度较小,且钽材的上屈服强度和其抗拉强度数值接近;为了保证焊接质量,避免钽和钢互溶,钽-钢复合板的覆层厚度至少为2.5 mm。针对钽-钛(铜)-钢等多层复合板,提出了钽焊接的主要控制要点,确保钽贴条角焊缝的质量。The welding process of tantalum coating or tantalum tube was a key step in the manufacture of tantalum equipment.The mechanical properties of tantalum materials used in chemical equipment were tested and studied,the three connection structures of tantalum composite plate equipment were introduced,the related welding research results were sorted out,and the main control points to ensure welding quality were put forward.The results showed that,compared with carbon steel,the stiffness and elongation after fracture of tantalum were greater,the hardness was lower,and the upper yield strength of Ta1 was close to its tensile strength.In order to ensure the welding quality and avoid the mutual dissolution of tantalum and steel,the coating thickness of the tantalum-steel composite board should be at least 2.5 mm.For tantalum-titanium(copper)-steel and other multilayer composite boards,the main control points of tantalum welding were proposed to ensure the quality of tantalum strip fillet welds.
