摘  要:对某石化企业氧气球罐进行定期检验时发现下大环缝有两处超标缺陷,缺陷性质为毛细浅表裂纹,返修时采用回火焊道技术。利用应力测试分析结合常规定期检验验证回火焊道技术的可靠性,结果表明,回火焊道技术可以应用于氧气球罐裂纹缺陷返修。During the regular inspection of the oxygen spherical tank of a petrochemical enterprise,it was found that there were two excess defects in the lower large annular seam.The nature of the defects was superficial capillary cracks.The tempering welding bead technology was used for repairing.The reliability of the tempered bead technology was verified by stress test analysis combined with regular inspections.The results showed that the tempered bead technology could be applied to the repair of crack defects in oxygen spherical tank.
