摘  要:污泥干化车间离心风机叶轮腐蚀和磨损严重,影响了风机的动平衡及额定工况。由于等离子和火焰喷涂具有致密性和结合强度较好等优点,采用新型喷涂工艺超音速电弧喷涂对叶轮表面进行喷涂处理。喷涂后涂层厚度、结合强度及孔隙率均达到了预期目标。后期风机运行运行平稳,轴震动小于2.8 mm/s,个别点震动≤1.5 mm/s,稳定性好。The centrifugal fan impeller in the sludge drying workshop was severely corroded and worn,which affected the dynamic balance and rated working conditions of the fan.Because plasma and flame spraying had the advantages of strong compactness and higher bonding strength,a new spraying process supersonic arc spraying was used to spray the surface of the impeller.After spraying,the thickness,bonding strength and porosity of the coating had reached the expected goals.In the later stage,the fan run smoothly,the shaft vibration was less than 2.8 mm/s,and the individual point vibration was less than or equal to 1.5 mm/s,and the stability was good.
