川西高海拔地区夯土建筑墙体保温性能优化研究

摘  要:川西高海拔地区夯土建筑墙体存在墙体保温性能差、冬季室内寒冷等问题。通过在夯土建筑墙体黏土中加入不同类型不同配比(2%,4%,6%,8%,10%)的保温材料和塑料纤维,对墙体保温性能进行研究,发现添加比例为6%的塑料纤维胶粉聚苯颗粒导热系数下降了0.65 W·m^-1·K^-1,抗压强度增加了2.59 kN,具有良好的保温隔热性能和抗压性能。通过能耗模拟软件对不同组成成分的墙体材料进行模拟,并与改良前的建筑进行能耗对比,发现添加比例为6%的塑料纤维胶粉聚苯颗粒墙体的节能效果最好,单位面积空调节能率可达35.89%,单位面积采暖节能率可达8.86%。在对川西高海拔地区传统村落保护时,新建夯土建筑墙体宜选用添加比例为6%的塑料纤维胶粉聚苯颗粒砌块。The main walls of rammed earth buildings in high altitude areas of western Sichuan have some problems,such as poor wall insulation performance and cold indoor temperature in winter.Thermal insulation materials and plastic fibers of different types and proportions(2%,4%,6%,8%,10%)were added into rammed earth building wall clay to study the thermal insulation performance of the wall.It is found that when plastic fiber poweler polystyrene particles with the proportion of 6%were added,the thermal conductivity decreased by 0.65 W·m^-1·K^-1 and compressive strength increased by 2.59 kN,showing good thermal insulation properties and compressive properties.The energy consumption simulation software was used to simulate the wall materials of different components and compare the energy consumption with that of the building before improvement.It is found that the wall with plastic fiber rubber powder and polystyrene particle with the proportion of 6%has the best energy saving effect,with the energy saving rate per unit area of air conditioning reaching 35.89%and the energy saving rate per unit area of heating reaching 8.86%.Therefore,when protecting traditional villages in the high altitude area of western Sichuan,it is advisable to add plastic fiber rubber powder polystyrene particle blocks with the proportion of 6%to the wall of new rammed earth buildings.
