摘 要:试验旨在通过测定不同代谢能水平日粮对0~6周龄茶花鸡2号生长性能、血清生化指标和养分表观代谢率的影响,确定其适宜的日粮代谢能水平。采用单因素完全随机试验设计,选取1日龄茶花鸡2号雏鸡共180只,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复12只鸡,公母各半。玉米-豆粕型日粮饲喂试鸡,日粮代谢能梯度为11.31 MJ/kg、11.93 MJ/kg、12.56 MJ/kg、13.18 MJ/kg、13.81 MJ/kg,试验期42 d。结果表明:在该试验条件下,12.68 MJ/kg代谢能水平组增重最快,平均日增重达10.46 g/d;随着日粮代谢能水平提高,茶花鸡2号的平均日采食量和料重比均显著降低(P<0.05);日粮代谢能水平的变化对血清总蛋白、尿酸、谷丙转氨酶含量无显著影响(P>0.05),对血清白蛋白、尿素氮、谷草转氨酶的含量影响显著(P<0.05),11.97 MJ/kg代谢能水平组白蛋白含量最高,13.27 MJ/kg代谢能水平组尿素氮和谷草转氨酶含量最低;日粮代谢能水平对茶花鸡2号肉鸡能量、粗蛋白质、赖氨酸表观代谢率影响显著(P<0.05),12.68 MJ/kg代谢能水平组中各养分代谢率均较高。综上所述,饲喂12.68 MJ/kg代谢能水平组的日粮能提高试鸡生长性能,改善饲料利用率,获得较好的生产效益。To study the optimal level of dietary energy metabolism on No.2 Chahua Broiler,an experiment was conducted using a total of 1801-day-old No.2 Chahua Broiler to investigate the effects of feeding corn-soybean diets with different levels of metabolic energy(11.31 MJ/kg,11.93 MJ/kg,12.56 MJ/kg,13.18 MJ/kg,13.81 MJ/kg)on growth performance,serum biochemical parameters and apparent digestibility.The study was designed as a single factor experiment,and the experiment lasted for 42 days.The broilers were randomly assigned into 5 groups with 3 replicates per group,each with 12 chickens,equal male and female,respectively.Under the conditions of this experiment,the 12.68 MJ/kg group had the fastest weight gain,and its average daily gain was 10.46 g/d.With the increase of dietary metabolizable energy level,the average daily feed intake and feed-to-weight ratio were significantly lower(P<0.05).The changes of dietary metabolic energy levels had no significant effect on serum total protein,uric acid and alanine aminotransferase(P>0.05),and had significant effect on serum albumin,urea nitrogen,aspartate aminotransferase(P<0.05).The albumin content of the 11.97 MJ/kg group was the highest,and the urea nitrogen and aspartate aminotransferase levels were the lowest in the 13.27 MJ/kg group.The dietary energy level had a significant effect on the energy,crude protein and lysine apparent metabolic rate of No.2 Chahua Broiler(P<0.05),and the nutrient metabolism rate was higher in the 12.68 MJ/kg group.In summary,the diet with 12.68 MJ/kg metabolizable energy level can improve the growth performance and feed utilization rate of the test broilers,and obtain better production efficiency.
