摘　　要：本文通过对真空灭弧室产品系列中触头托零件加工工艺进行分析,提出了一种新的加工工艺方案。确定了冲孔冲槽模总体结构,并介绍了冲孔冲槽模结构的特点和主要零部件的加工。实际应用表明,该模具结构布局紧凑,结构合理,可保证零件的成形质量,对类似零件的模具设计与制造具有一定的参考作用。Based on the analysis of the processing technology of contact holder parts in vacuum interrupter product series,a new processing technology scheme is proposed.The overall structure of the punching and grooving die is determined,and the characteristics of the structure and the processing of the main parts are introduced.The practical application shows that the die structure is compact and reasonable,which can ensure the forming quality of the parts.This study provides reference for the die design and manufacturing of similar parts.
