摘 要:电脑横机全成形技术生产效率高、节约原料,与普通成形技术相比具有显著优势。介绍电脑横机全成形技术的发展情况,总结电脑横机成形编织方法及分类,阐述全成形技术和产品发展现状及趋势,包括全成形鞋帽类产品、装饰和产业用产品、负泊松比织物等。指出目前全成形编织技术存在的问题,并提出机器与系统创新及优化改进方案,为今后横机全成形编织技术的发展提供理论指导。TThe fully-fashioned technology of computerized flat knitting machine has high production efficiency and saves raw materials, and has significant advantages compared with ordinary forming technology. This paper introduces the development of the fully-fashioned technology of computerized flat knitting machine, summarizes the forming knitting methods and classifications of computerized flat knitting machine, and elaborates the development status and trends of fully-fashioned technology and products, including fully-fashioned shoes and hats, decorative and industrial products, negative Poisson’s ratio fabric, etc. It points out the existing problems of the current fullyfashioned knitting technology, and puts forward and proposes innovation and optimization improvement scheme of machine and system, so as to provide theoretical guidance for the future development of fully-fashioned knitting technology of flat knitting machine.
