摘  要:通过对漂白活化剂壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠(NOBS)在高碱性纤维素酶辅助预处理条件下漂白效果的研究,获得较为绿色、环保的酶-NOBS体系低温漂白工艺。以织物白度为指标,考察了高碱性纤维素酶浓度、耐高温渗透剂JFC-M浓度、预处理时间、预处理温度、NaOH浓度、H2O2浓度、活化剂NOBS浓度、漂白时间、漂白温度9个变量,得到最佳漂白工艺;在纤维素酶浓度7.0g/L,NaOH浓度1.5g/L,耐高温渗透剂JFC-M浓度为0.5g/L,预处理温度40℃条件下,预处理棉织物10min后,在80℃条件下,按6.0g/L加入双氧水,漂白15min后,再加入1.0g/LNOBS,继续漂白30min,棉织物白度为78.75%。与常规低温漂白工艺相比,棉织物的强力损伤小,K/S值和上染百分率均提高。A green and environmentally friendly low temperature oxygen bleaching system based on enzyme-NOBS was obtained by bleaching activator sodium 4-(nonanoyloxy) benzenesulfonate(NOBS) under the condition of high alkaline cellulase assisted pretreatment. Taking fabric whiteness as the index, the optimal bleaching process was obtained by investigating nine variables, including cellulase concentration, JFC-M concentration, pretreatment time, pretreatment temperature, NaOH concentration, H2O2 concentration, NOBS concentration, bleaching time and bleaching temperature. The pretreatment process conditions were as follows : concentration of cellulase 7.0 g/L,concentration of NaOH 1.5 g/L, concentration of JFC-M 0.5 g/L, pretreated at 40 ℃ for 10 minutes, adding hydrogen peroxide of 6.0 g/L at 80 ℃, bleached for 15 minutes, then adding NOBS of 1.0 g/L, continuing to bleach for 30 minutes, the whiteness of cotton fabric is 78.75%. Compared with the conventional bleaching process at low temperature, cotton fabric strength damage was reduced, and K/S value and dyeing percentage were improved.
