摘  要:针对常规活性染料印花工艺中大量使用尿素,导致印染企业污水氨氮、总氮超标,不符合绿色生产的要求,以及过多使用尿素还会造成部分染料得色浅、色相改变等问题。通过对尿素在活性印花中作用机理的分析,提出了蒸化前给湿和使用尿素替代品两项措施,并开发活性染料低尿素印花工艺以及配套装置和助剂。新工艺的实际应用效果证明,尿素总用量可较常规工艺下降75%以上,且各项指标符合预期要求,新工艺具有良好的环境效益和经济效益。The large amount of urea used in conventional reactive printing process resulted in excessive ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in printing and dyeing enterprises,which did not meet the requirements of green production.Excessive use of urea also causes some dyes to be pale and hue changing.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of the action of urea in the active printing,two measures for the wetting and the use of urea before steaming are put forward,and the printing process of reactive dyes with low urea,as well as the supporting devices and auxiliaries are developed.The practical application of the new process proves that the total amount of urea can be reduced by more than 75% compared with the conventional process,and the indices meet the expected requirements.The new process has good environmental and economic benefits.
