摘  要:基于北京市开展水利工程运行管理标准化建设背景,按照标准化建设标准和考核标准等文件要求,以大宁调蓄水库标准化管理建设为例,总结水库标准化建设现状,从管理理念、技术标准及管理手段等方面提出存在的问题。并针对上述问题,提出推进成果落地、持续改进标准、优化标准框架、严格指标设立、加快技术应用及提升信息化水平等建议,为大宁调蓄水库实现高质量运行提供助力,也为水库及其他水利工程运行管理标准化建设提供借鉴和经验。Based on the background of standardization construction of water conservancy projects operation and management in Beijing,and in accordance with the requirements of standardization construction standards and assessment standards,the standardization management and construction of Daning Reservoir was taken as an example in this paper,the current situation of reservoir standardization construction was summarized,and the existing problems were put forward from the aspects of management concept,technical standards and management means.In view of the above problems,corresponding suggestions were put forward in this paper,such as promoting the implementation of achievements,continuously improving the standards,optimizing the standard framework,setting strict indicators,speeding up the application of technology,and improving the level of informatization,so as to provide assistance for the realization of high-quality operation of Daning Reservoir,and provide reference and experience for the standardized construction of operation and management of reservoirs and other water conservancy projects.
