摘 要:探讨了多元曲线牵伸技术在纺制19.7 tex(R30°)黏胶纱线时的实际纺纱效果。以多元曲线牵伸装置结构为基础,阐述其工作原理。通过试验对比论证,多元曲线牵伸技术和传统环锭纺纱技术在生产相同规格纱线时,纱线条干、疵点、毛羽3方面指标存在显著差异。认为多元曲线牵伸技术可优化牵伸区摩擦力界的分布,缩短浮游区长度,能有效控制浮游纤维,显著改善成纱质量,降低常发性纱疵的数量。下销处集聚槽结构在牵伸区实现了机械集聚作用,配合牵伸区曲线通道,可显著减少纱线有害毛羽。The multi-curve drafing technology is discussed for the actual spinning effect on R30°yarn.Based on the structure of the multivariate curve drafting device,the working principle is explained.Through experimental comparison,there are significant differences in yarn unevenness,defects,and hairiness when the yarns of the same speeifications are produced by the multivariate curve drafting technology and the traditional ring spinning technology respectively.It can be considered that the muli-curve drafting technology could optimize the distribution of the friction boundary in the drafing zone,shorten the length of the floating zone and effectively control floating fibers,thus yarn quality is improved and the yarm imperfections can be significantly reduced.The accumulation groove at the lower pin can bring a significant reduction in the amount of harmful hairiness by mechanical compression in the drafting area.
