摘  要:采用锦纶66为非涂层汽车安全气囊的原料,设计研制了一种非涂层、缝制型安全气囊织物。研究了在喷水织机上制织高紧度高气密性安全气褒面料的制备工艺。对织造及后整理工序的工艺参数进行优化设计。并对织造的气囊面料的拉伸、撕裂.透气性能进行测试,重点分析了织造水温对安全气囊面料透气性能和撕裂性能的影响。结果表明:水温8℃时织物的经、纬向撕裂强力高于20℃时的撕裂强力,动态透气性比20℃时增加8.3%。Nylon 66 fiber is used as the raw material of uncoated air bag.A kind of uncoated and sewn air bag fabric is designed and manufactured.The preparation technology of air bag fabric with high tightness and low tightness on water jet loom is studied.The parameters of weaving and finishing processes are optimized and designed.The main properties of air bag fabric are tested,such as tensile,tear and air permeability properties.The influence of water temperature on air bag fabric’s air permeability and tear performance is analyzed.The results show that the tearing strength of warp and weft directions at 8℃is higher than 20℃.The dynamic air permeability is 8.3%higher than that at 20℃.
