摘　　要：根据真丝织物数码印花前处理工艺的要求,选择不同质量分数的Pink糊料进行上浆处理,测定真丝织物在上浆印花后的线条精细度、K/S值、脱糊率、渗透性和色牢度等指标。测试结果表明:从5项测试指标综合来看,当Pink糊料质量分数为10%时,织物得色量最高,花纹图案清晰,脱糊率及渗透性能较好,上浆效果最好。According to the requirements of digital printing pretreatment technology of woolen fabrics,different amount of Pink is used for sizing treatment to determine the line fineness,K/S value,paste removal rate,permeability and color fastness of wool fabrics after sizing printing.Experimental data shows that based on the comprehensive analysis of all the five test indicators,when the amount of Pink is 10%,the fabric has the highest color,clear pattern,good paste removal rate and permeability,and the sizing effect is the best.
