摘　　要：远红外蓄热保温针织摇粒绒面料以针织摇粒绒为基布,聚氨酯为转移涂层材料,在PU树脂中加人陶瓷粉与银粉,采用新型涂层转移法,通过合理控制烫印厚度、烫印压力、温度、车速、张力等工艺参数,在针织摇粒绒面料表面形成一层具有立体感的直角图形的陶瓷银膜,赋予针织摇粒绒面料蓄热保暖、抗菌、防紫外等多种功能。远红外蓄热保温针织摇粒绒面料性能测试结果如下:耐皂洗色牢度4.5级,洗涤5次后外观平整度4.5级,耐磨次数>11000r,克罗值0.43,UPF值71.08%,抑菌率(对大肠埃希菌)97.9943%,抑菌值1.687。Far infrared,heat storage and thermal insulation knitted fleece fabric use knitted fleece as the base fabric and polyurethane as the transfer coating stock.The ceramic powder and silver powder are added to the PU resin,and the new coating transfer technique is employed by reasonable control of hot stamping thickness,so hot stamping pressure,temperature,speed,tension and other process parameters,a layer of ceramic silver film with a three-dimensional shape on the knitted fleece fabric is formed,and the knitted fleece fabric with the functions of anti-UV,heat storage,antibacterial et al is obtained.The testing results of the far infrared,heat storage and thermal insulation knitted fleece fabric show that the color fastness to soaping reaches 4.5,the flatness after washing 5 times is up to 4.5,the abrasion resistance reaches more than 11000 rpm,clo value is 0.43,the UPF value is 71.08%,the inhibition rate against Escherichia coli is 97.9943%,and the inhibition value is1.687.
