摘 要:采用18.5tex涤纶纱线做经纱,18.5tex稀土夜光纱线(发黄光)做纬纱,设计并织造了1#试样。采用18.5tex稀土夜光纱线(发蓝光)做经纱,18.5tex稀土夜光纱线(发黄光)做纬纱,设计并织造了2#试样。两种试样具有不同的夜光效果。同时对两款试样进行了性能测试。结果表明:从力学性能来看,1#试样的拉伸断裂性能、撕破性能、顶破性能以及耐磨性能均优于2#试样,2#试样的刚性大于1#试样;从外观保持性能来看,1#试样的悬垂性能和折皱回复性能均优于2#试样;从功能性能来看,1#试样和2#试样均具有防紫外线功能和发光功能,但2#试样的紫外线防护系数和余辉亮度高于1#试样。稀土夜光颗粒的加入降低了纤维的力学性能,加速了试样的磨损,同时也导致织物的刚性变大。稀土夜光颗粒的加人可有效提高织物的抗紫外线性能和发光亮度。No 1 small jacquard woven fabric is designed and woven with 18.5 tex polyester yarn as warp and 18.5 tex rare earths luminous yarn(emit yellow light)as weft.No 2 small jacquard woven fabric is designed and woven by using 18.5 tex rare earths luminous yarn(emit blue light)yarn and 18.5 tex rare earths luminous yarn(emit yellow light)as warp.The two kinds of fabrics have different luminous effects,and the properties of the samples are tested.The results show that from the perspective of mechanical properties,the tensile fracture,tear,bursting and wear resistance of NO 1 sample are better than those of the No 2 sample,and the rigidity of No 2 sample is greater than that of the No 1 sample;from the perspective of appearance retention,the drape and wrinkle recovery of No 1 sarmple are better than those of the No 2 sample;from the perspective of funclional properties,No 1 sample and No 2 sample both have UV protection function and luminous function,but the UV protection coffcient and afterglow brightness of No 2 sample are higher than those of No 1 sample.The addition of rare earth luminescent particles reduces the mechanical properties of the fiber and accelerates abrasion of the sample,and also makes the inerease in the rigidity of the fabric.The adition of rare earth luminous particles could effectively improve the UV resistance and luminescent brightness of the fabric.
