摘 要:为改善酒店床品的阻燃性能,以阻燃涤纶长丝、阻燃黏胶纤维为原料,织造了不同规格的涤黏交织阻燃床品织物。通过改变纱线线密度、织物纬经比与织物组织等织造结构参数,测试并分析不同织物的损毁长度、断裂强力与抗弯长度指标,得到织物结构参数对阻燃强力与柔软性能的影响。结果显示:1/1平纹织物的经纬向损毁长度均低于9 cm,大于2/2斜纹组织、5/3缎纹组织;随着织物纬经比的提高,纬向的损毁长度降低;5/3缎纹织物柔软度与断裂强力高于2/2斜纹与1/1平纹织物;综合考虑织物经向柔软度与纬向断裂强力,织物纬经比、线密度不宜过低。In order to improve the flame relardant properties of hotel bedding,flame retardant polyester filaments and flame retardant viscose fibers are used as raw materials and viscose interwoven flame retardant bedding fabrics of different specifications are woven.By changing the weaving structure parameters such as yarn linear density,weft to warp ratio and fabric weave,the flame damage length,tensile strength and bending length of different fabrics are tested and analyzed,and the influence of fabric structure parameters on flame retardant property,strength and softness are discussed.The results show that the flame damage length of 1/1 plain weave fabric is shorter than 9cm,which is better than 2/2 twill weave and 5/3 satin weave.As the weft to warp ratio of the fabric and the weft yarn density increase,the flame damage length of bedding fabric in warp and weft direction decreases.Besides,5/3 satin weave fabric has shorter bending length and higher breaking strength significantly than 2/2 twill and 1/1 plain weave.Comprehensively considered the comfort and breaking strength,weft to warp ratio and the yarn density should not be lower.
