摘  要:目的了解海口市售海南粉中蜡样芽胞杆菌的毒力基因携带类型,药物敏感性及分子分型特征。方法从海口市售海南粉中分离蜡样芽胞杆菌,采用普通PCR方法检测10种毒力基因,采用微量肉汤稀释法检测菌株对抗生素的敏感性,采用脉冲场凝胶电泳技术(PFGE)进行分子分型。结果海南粉中蜡样芽胞杆菌检出率为62.55%(137/219),10种毒力基因携带率分别为entFM 100.00%、nheA 99.27%、nheC 97.81%、nheB 95.62%、hblA 52.55%、hblD 44.53%、hblC 25.55%、cytK 54.74%、bceT 45.99%和ces 3.65%,同时携带nheA、nheB和nheC 122株(89.05%),同时携带hblA、hblC和hblD 25株(18.25%),同时携带nheABC和hblACD 23株(16.79%),有2株菌携带全部毒力基因,共计36种毒力基因携带模式。分离菌株氯霉素、庆大霉素的敏感率均为100.00%,万古霉素和环丙沙星敏感率分别为99.27%和90.51%,青霉素和复方新诺敏耐药率分别为100.00%和90.51%。137株菌经PFGE电泳分为90种基因型24个基因簇。结论海口市售海南粉存在蜡样芽胞杆菌污染,分离菌株均携带毒力基因,entFM和nhe是主要的毒力因子,毒力基因型和PFGE基因型具有多样性。Objective To analyze the virulence genes,drug sensitivity,and characteristics of molecular typing of Bacillus cereus isolated from Hainan rice noodles sold in the Haikou area.Methods B.cereus strains were isolated from Hainan rice noodles collected in the City of Haikou.Ten virulence genes were detected using a common polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The sensitivity of strains to antibiotics was based on the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC).The pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)patterns of strains were analyzed.Results Samples tested positive for B.cereus at a rate of 62.55%(137/219).All strains carried the entFM and nhe genes.The virulence genes entFM was detected in 100.00%of isolates,nheA was detected in 99.27%,nheC was detected in 97.81%,nheB was detected in 95.62%,hblA was detected in 52.55%,hblD was detected in 44.53%,hblC was detected in 25.55%,cytK was detected in 54.74%,bceT was detected in 45.99%,and ces was detected in 3.65%.One hundred and twenty-two strains(89.05%)strains carried the nheA,nheB,and nheC genes simultaneously.Twenty-five strains(18.25%)carried the hblA,hblC,and hblD genes simultaneously.Twenty-three strains(16.79%)carried both the nheABC and hblACD genes simultaneously.Two strains carried all of the virulence genes,and 36 virulence genes patterns were identified.All of the strains are divided into 24 clusters and 90 genotypes according to PFGE patterns.The sensitivity of strains to gentamicin was 100.00%,their sensitivity to chloramphenicol was 100.00%,their sensitivity to vancomycin was 99.27%,and their sensitivity to ciprofloxacin was 90.51%.The resistance of strains to penicillin and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole was 100.0%and 90.51%,respectively.Conclusion Hainan rice noodles sold in the Haikou area were seriously contaminated with B.cereus,a fact that warrants attention and close observation.The entFM,nheA,nheC,and nheB genes were the main virulence genes and may pose a potential risk to food safety.The current study indicated the diversity of virulence genes of and PFGE pat
