摘 要:为获得土中加筋固土的工作机理,国内外学者们曾先后研发了多种拉拔试验仪器并展开相关试验研究,取得了不少有价值的成果,各有关部门也制定了行业规范,对仪器开发及试验方法提出了指导意见。近年来,随着工业技术的飞速发展,人们已开始将可控、可视和数字化等新技术用于试验仪器的研发与运用,但目前对拉拔试验仪器仍没有统一的标准。为进一步规范试验仪器的开发和使用,为研究筋土界面特性提供更便捷和高效的工具,对现有拉拔试验仪器进行了归纳总结。基于长沙理工大学自主研发的大型数控拉拔试验系统(CS-LB01),结合十多年用它开展的加筋膨胀土拉拔试验及对土中加筋作用力的深入研究,进一步分析发现试验中箱体尺寸、夹具位置、拉拔方向、位移量程等对测试结果有重要的影响。总结提出:施测过程中拉拔速度与位移、测试时的温度与湿度及填料填筑碾压等相关工作参数应怎样正确设置;必须按照实际工况模拟不利条件和环境下开展试验,确保测试结果符合实际;结合消除箱壁摩擦、合理裁剪筋材、夹具夹紧筋材测点等测试技术上所获得的新认识,为下一步新仪器的开发及试验操作的规范化提供参考。In order to obtain the working mechanism of reinforced soil in soil,scholars at home and abroad have successively developed a variety of pull-out test instruments and carried out relevant experimental researches,and achieved many valuable results.Relevant departments have also formulated industry specifications to provide guidance for instrument development and test methods.In recent years,with the rapid development of industrial technology,people have begun to apply new technologies such as controllability,visualization and digitalization to the development and application of pull-out test instruments,but there is no unified standard for the pull-out test instrument at present.In order to further standardize the development and usage of the test instrument and provide more convenient and efficient tool for the study of the characteristics of reinforced soil interface,the existing pull-out test instruments are summarized.Based on the large-scale numerical control pull-out test system(CS-LB01)independently developed by Changsha University of Science&Technology,combining with the pull-out test of reinforced expansive soil carried out with the test system for more than 10 years and the in-depth study of the reinforced force in the soil,the further analyzes shows that box size,fixture position,pull-out direction and displacement range,etc.have important influences on the test result.It summarizes and puts forward that(1)how to correctly set relevant working parameters such as pull-out speed and displacement,temperature,humidity,filling and rolling compaction during testing;(2)the test must be carried out according to the actual working conditions to simulate the adverse conditions and environment to ensure that the test results conform to the actual situation;(3)to combine with the new knowledge obtained in testing techniques such as elimination of box-wall friction,reasonable cutting ribs,and clamping the ribs measurement points,which provides a reference for the development of new instruments and the standardizatio
