摘 要:为了适应5G及未来无线通信的发展,介质波导滤波器凭借损耗小、体积小、重量轻等优点,逐渐成为行业主流。然而,目前介质波导滤波器主要是通过在一体成型的高介电常数介质陶瓷结构上镀银来实现的,其实心结构导致后期的调试基本只能通过打磨表面银层来实现,这种调试方法不确定度高且不可逆。文中提出了基于一体成型介质谐振器的功能集成滤波器设计方法。设计中,将印刷电路板作为金属盖子的同时集成了额外的功能电路,成功引入了一对传输零点且实现了谐波抑制;一体成型介质谐振器结构部分镂空,便于在印刷电路板上安装调谐螺钉进行后期调试。文中设计、加工了一个集成式滤波器实例,并给出测试结果,验证了设计方法的可行性。In order to adapt to the development of 5 G and future wireless communications,dielectric waveguide filter has gradually become the mainstream of the industry due to its advantages of low loss,small size,light weight and so on.At present however,the dielectric waveguide filter is mainly realized by plating silver on the integral-molded dielectric structure with high dielectric constant.The whole structure is solid so that the later debugging could only be realized by rubbing the silver layer on the surface.This debugging method is highly uncertain and irreversible.In this paper,a design method of function-integrated filter is proposed based on integral-molded dielectric resonators,where the printed circuit board(PCB)is used as a metal cover.Meanwhile,additional functional circuits are integrated in the PCB,with a pair of transmission zeros being successfully introduced and harmonic suppression being realized.Moreover,the integral-molded dielectric resonator is partially hollow so that tuning screws can be installed on the PCB for later debugging.An integrated filter example is designed and manufactured.The measured results are also given to demonstrate the feasibility of the design method.
