摘　　要：人腺病毒(Human adenovrius,HAdV)是引起腹泻的重要病原体之一,本研究于2015~2018年在云南省昆明市儿童医院、玉溪市妇幼保健院两家哨点医院采集5岁以下腹泻儿童粪便样本1017份,采用实时荧光定量核酸检测HAdV。结果显示,HAdV阳性样本共40份,阳性感染率为3.93%。其中男性患儿21人,女性患儿19人,男女性别比为1.1∶1。2岁以下幼儿感染HAdV有33例(82.5%)。6、7月阳性检出率较高,阳性检出数占全年阳性数的40.0%。2015~2018年,每年腹泻HAdV检出率逐步增加。阳性样本六邻体Hexon和纤维突蛋白Fiber基因序列分析发现,7号毒株可能存在基因重组。肠道HAdV感染在昆明、玉溪两地儿童腹泻中占有重要地位,应加强该地区的HAdV监测与防控。Human adenovirus(HAdV)is one of the important pathogens which can cause diarrhea.A total of 1,017 stool samples of children with gastroenteritis under five years old were collected from Kunming Children′s Hospital and Yuxi Maternal and Child Care Service Centre.HAdV were tested by real-time fluorescent quantitative method.Of 1,017 samples,40 samples were detected HAdV positive,positive detection rate was 3.93%,among the patients 21 were boys,and 19 were girls,the gender ratio was 1.1∶1.There were 33 HAdV positive patients under 2 years old,accounting for 82.5%.The positive detection rate was higher in June and July,and the positive detection rate accounted for 40.0%.From 2015 to 2018,the detection rate of diarrhea HAdV increased gradually every year.Sequence analysis of Hexon gene and Fiber gene showed that there might have recombination in strain 7.Enteric adenovirus infection played an important role in children diarrhea in Kunming,China and Yuxi,China.So monitoring and control measures should be strengthened in both areas.
