摘　　要：在中医理论中,痰湿是妇科疾病中最常见的致病因素之一。痰湿病理因素又与痰湿体质关系密切,素体为痰湿体质的女性更易受到痰湿病邪的侵袭而患有相关的妇科疾病。多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是临床中常见的妇科疾病,依据其月经稀发、闭经、不孕等典型症状可将其与中医妇科疾病中月经病、妇科杂病等联系起来。而PCOS的发病因素复杂多变,治疗过程漫长缠绵,这些又与痰湿的病理特性吻合。该文以论述痰湿因素、痰湿体质与妇科疾病三者间的关系为切入点,从中医的角度来认识痰湿型PCOS的发生发展与临床表现,并针对痰湿因素或痰湿体质来阐述相关的中医治疗方法和预防措施,为证实中医治疗方法在PCOS的临床施治中切实可行提供有力支持。In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,phlegm and dampness are one of the most common pathogenic factors in gynecological diseases.Pathological factors of phlegm and dampness are closely related to the constitution of phlegm and dampness,and women with a body of phlegm and dampness are more vulnerable to the invasion of phlegm and dampness.And suffering from related gynecological diseases.Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common gynecological disease in clinical,according to its typical symptoms such as oligomenorrhea,amenorrhea,infertility,etc.,it can be combined with traditional Chinese medicine gynecological diseases such as menstruation and gynecology.Diseases are related.The pathogenesis of PCOS is complicated and variable,and the treatment process is long and lingering.These are in line with the pathological characteristics of phlegm.This article discusses the relationship between phlegm factors,phlegm constitution and gynecological diseases as the entry point to understand the occurrence and development and clinical manifestations of phlegm-type PCOS from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,and to elaborate on the relevant traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods and preventive measures for phlegm-dampness factors or phlegm-dampness constitution,in order to confirm the traditional Chinese medicine treatment method in the clinical treatment of PCOS practically provide strong support.
