基于数据挖掘糖尿病合并抑郁组方规律分析

摘　　要：目的运用中医传承辅助平台,分析、总结中国知网(CNKI)自建库至今的文献中以中医药治疗糖尿病合并抑郁的用药规律。方法收集CNKI中运用中药方剂治疗糖尿病合并抑郁的文献,筛选并建立数据库,运用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)分析治疗糖尿病合并抑郁方剂的中医用药规律。结果筛选治疗糖尿病合并抑郁的方剂共107首,涉及中药198味。经过演化得到7个核心组合,7个新处方。结论治疗糖尿病合并抑郁方剂的组方用药规律体现了疏肝理气、健脾祛湿的总治疗原则。Objective To analyze and summarize the use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat diabetes with depression in the literature of CNKI.Methods The literatures on the treatment of diabetes with depression in CNKI were collected,and the database was selected and established.The traditional chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5)was used to analyze the law of traditional Chinese medicine for treating diabetes with depression.Results A total of 107 prescriptions for the treatment of diabetes and depression were screened,involving 198 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.After evolution,we got 7 core combinations and 7 new prescriptions.Conclusion The principle of treating prescriptions for diabetes and depressive prescriptions reflects the general treatment principles of soothing liver and regulating Qi and strengthening spleen and dampness.
