摘　　要：文章针对新冠肺炎中医症候学特征,将其归属于中医"瘟疫"范畴,并基于温病理论的病因病机以及疾病发展规律,充分吸纳温病理论的学术特色和温病大家诊疗疾病的学术经验,分析当代瘟疫诊疗的临床实践,提出目前疫情形势下的治疗原则以及治疗禁忌,治疗原则包括以卫气营血辨证和三焦辨证为辨证纲领,系统辨证,纲目结合;顾护阴液,存得生机;宣肺降浊,芳香透邪;审证求因,早期干预,未病先防,防治并重;同时注重治疗三禁,禁过汗、禁淡渗、禁苦寒。以期拓展温病理论的研究空间,为目前疫情的防治提供思路,在抗击疫情中发挥中医优势。Corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)is characterized by its TCM symptomatic characteristics.It belongs to the category of"plague"of TCM.Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of febrile disease theory and the law of disease development,fully absorbs the academic characteristics of the theory of febrile diseases and the academic experience of diagnosis and treatment of diseases of epidemic febrile diseases,analyzes the clinical practice of the diagnosis and treatment of plague,and puts forward the therapeutic principles and therapeutic contraindication under the current epidemic situation.The principles include:Taking the syndrome differentiation of Wei,Qi,Ying,Xue and Sanjiao as the principle of syndrome differentiation,systematic syndrome differentiation and combination of disciplines;taking care of Yin fluid to keep vitality;promoting lung to reduce turbidity,fragrance to penetrate evil;examining syndrome and seeking cause,early intervention,prevention and treatment before disease;paying attention to three therapeutic contraindication,no excessive sweating,no light infiltration,no bitter cold.In order to expand the research space of the theory of febrile diseases,to provide ideas for the prevention and treatment of current epidemic situation,and to play the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the fight against epidemic situation.
