坎离砂穴位热敷对骨科全麻患者术后体温恢复临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨坎离砂热敷大椎穴、双肩井、涌泉穴对骨科全麻患者术后体温恢复的临床效果。方法选取2018年1—12月骨科全麻术后患者100例,按随机数字表法平均分为常规组和复温组各50例,常规组采用常规复温护理措施,复温组在常规组的基础上,运用坎离砂热敷大椎、双肩井、双涌泉穴,记录患者术后即刻、15、30 min、1 h体温变化,采用DeWitte寒战分级标准对患者寒冷感进行评估,采用自制量表评估患者术后舒适度、满意度,综合评价坎离砂穴位热敷对骨科全麻患者术后体温恢复的临床效果。结果复温组患者术后体温恢复时间显著短于常规组(P<0.05),复温组患者较少出现寒冷感(P<0.05),术后舒适度、满意度均较常规组高(P<0.05)。结论坎离砂穴位热敷可以明显缩短骨科全麻患者术后体温恢复时间,患者舒适度好,满意度高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of hot compress of Kanlisha Dazhui acupoint,Jianjing acupoint and Yongquan acuqoint on postoperative temperature recovery of orthopedic patients under general anesthesia.Methods From January to December 2018,100 patients with general anesthesia in orthopedics department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the routine group and the rewarming group.The routine group adopted the routine rewarming nursing measures.The rewarming group,on the basis of the routine group,Dazhui acupoint,Jianjing acupoint and Yongquan acupoint were applied with Kanlisha hot compress.The changes of body temperature were recorded immediately,15 min,30 min and 1 h after operation.We used the DeWitte scale to evaluate the patients’cold sensation,and selfdesigned scale to evaluate the patients’postoperative comfort and satisfaction.Through these methods,the clinical effect of acupoint hot compress of Kanlisha was evaluated comprehensively.Results The recovery time of postoperative temperature in the rewarming group was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the patients in the rewarming group had less cold sensation(P<0.05).The postoperative comfort and satisfaction scores were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint hot compress of Kanlisha can obviously shorten the recovery time of postoperative temperature of patients with general anesthesia in orthopedic department,and the patients have good comfort and high satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
