摘　　要：由于单一生物医学模式缺乏对心理因素的重视,应运而生的"生物-心理-社会医学模式"越来越得到广泛关注。疾病生于人身上,治病当须从人及人所处环境的角度来考虑,即"身心俱治",该观点与中医自古以来的"天人合一""形神一体观"不谋而合,中医注重"情志致病",理论及临床经验均为现代医学奠定了坚实的基础,遵循"整体观念,辨证论治"的理念,从阴阳学说、五行学说、脏腑经络理论等方面阐述治疗情志疾病,通过调节人体自身统一来达到"阴阳平和"目的。该文将从针灸、穴位按摩与贴敷、音乐疗法、太极拳、五禽戏、八段锦等传统健身功法,"双心"干预等方面进行具体阐述。Due to the lack of attention paid to the psychological factors in the single biomedical model,the"bio-psycho-social medical model"arises at the historic moment and gets more and more extensive attention.Diseases in humans,and when should be from the perspective of the people and the environment,namely"physically",the view and the Chinese medicine since ancient times"nature and humanity""the concept of unity of one",pay attention to"either unbearable"in traditional Chinese medicine,theory and clinical experience are laid a solid foundation of modern medicine,follow the idea of"the overall concept,syndrome differentiation and treatment",from the theory of Yin and Yang,five elements theory,theory of Zang-fu organs and meridians,etc,in this paper,the therapy of modern diseases,by adjusting the body’s own unity to achieve"peacing Yin and Yang".This article will be from acupuncture,acupoint massage and paste,music therapy,Tai Chi,five poultry,Baduanjin and other traditional fitness skills,"double heart"intervention and other aspects of specific elaboration.
