摘　　要：基于詹红生教授"筋主骨从、筋为骨用"的学术思想,阐述筋主骨从是筋骨和合之本;认为筋骨失和是非特异性腰痛发病之因,筋为骨用是防控之策;强调非特异性腰痛从筋论治的合理性、重要性及其临床意义。Based on the academic thought of ‘tendon governing bone and treating tendon for bone disease’by professor Zhan Hongsheng,this article elaborates that tendon governing bone is the foundation of maintaining the harmony between tendons and bones, and holds that the disharmony of tendons and bones is the cause of non-specific low back pain, and treating tendon for bone disease is a strategy for preventing and controlling the disease. It also emphasizes the rationality, importance and clinical significance of the treatment of non-specific low back pain from tendon aspect.
