摘 要:为了快速评价矸石膏体充填材料的静态抗离析性能,使用康科瑞NM-4B非金属超声波检测仪研究了超声波在充填料浆和硬化充填体中的传播特征。试验结果表明:静置10 min以后,超声波在充填料浆中的传播速度趋于稳定,超声波在试模顶部料浆中的传播速度明显小于试模底部料浆中的传播速度;依据超声波在试模顶部料浆中的传播速度和试模底部料浆中的传播速度计算得到静态离析率,与静态离析指数之间的相关系数为0.995;随养护龄期增长,超声波在硬化充填体中的传播速度逐渐增大,超声波在硬化充填体顶部、中部和底部的传播速度存在显著差异,定义超声波在充填体高度方向不同位置处传播速度的标准差为硬化静态离析率,硬化静态离析率与静态离析率之间的相关系数为0.941,与静态离析指数之间的相关系数为0.955。因此,静态离析率和硬化静态离析率可以用来表征矸石膏体的静态抗离析性能。To assess the static stability of cemented coal gangue backfill(CGB)efficiently,ultrasonic pulse velocity(UPV)in fresh slurry and hardened backfill body has been studied.The results have shown that UPV in fresh slurry tends to be stable after 10 mins and UPV in the top section of ultrasonic mold is much greater than UPV in the bottom section of the mold.The static segregation rate has been calculated based on UPV aforementioned and the correlation coefficient between segregation index(SI)and segregation rate(SR)reaches 0.995.UPV in hardened backfill body increases over curing time and UPV in backfill body changes with the increase of the curing age.UPV in the top,middle,and bottom of hardened backfill varies significantly.Standard deviation is calculated to quantify the amount of variation of UPV in different positions of the hardened backfilling body,which is defined as HSR of CGB.HSR highly correlates with SR and SI with correlation coefficient 0.941 and 0.955 respectively.Therefore,SR and HSR can reflect the static stability of CGB with great accurateness.
