摘 要:以350MW等级超临界循环流化床锅炉蒸汽吹管工作为研究对象,立足吹管过程中吹管用水控制、吹管工期优化、精准参数控制等角度,提出了超临界循环流化床锅炉吹管用水节能实践研究。选定吹扫方案,优化吹管工作步骤;通过吹管盈余水量评估模型,估算锅炉设备储水能力以及冷态冲洗与稳压吹扫的有效工作时间;锅炉排水增加临时大流量排水泵,以解决排水问题;吹管临时管道做清洁工艺处理,减少吹管不必要损耗;锅炉冷态冲洗前可实施多次整炉放水冲洗措施,快速降低炉水总铁离子浓度,冷态冲洗可采用持续大流量冲洗模式和变流量冲洗模式,提高冲洗效果;吹管过程优化运行参数,实施关键控制措施,精细化操作。实践表明:锅炉蒸汽吹管整体节水效果显著。Taking the steam pipe blowing work of 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler as the research object,based on the water control in the process of pipe blowing,the optimization of pipe blowing period,and the precise parameter control,the practical research was conducted on water saving for pipe blowing of supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler.The purging plan was made and the blow pipe working steps were optimized.Through the evaluation model of surplus water quantity,the water storage capacity of boiler equipment and the effective working time of cold flushing and pressure stabilizing purging were estimated;the temporary large flow drainage pump was added to solve the drainage problem;the temporary pipe cleaning process was used to reduce unnecessary loss of pipe blowing;the boiler cold flushing can be implemented more than before the continuous large flow flushing mode and variable flow flushing mode could be adopted for cold flushing to improve the flushing effect;the operation parameters of pipe blowing process were optimized;the key control measures were implemented,and the refined operation was carried out.The practice shows that the proposed method has made remarkable effect on the overall water-saving of steam pipe blowing.
