摘  要:瓦斯异常涌出轻则会导致工作面瓦斯浓度超限,电器设备断电,影响正常采掘工作;重则会引发瓦斯爆炸或煤与瓦斯突出事故,严重威胁井下作业人员的生命安全。南五903掘进工作面处于被保护范围内,该工作面受火成岩侵入影响严重。当工作面掘进至288 m处,在距迎头3 m施工顶板锚索孔时发生喷孔现象,工作面甲烷传感器瞬时达1.5%,人员被迫撤至回顺口新鲜风流中。为防止发生瓦斯事故,需对此次瓦斯异常涌出原因进行细致分析,为制定针对性的防治措施提供指导,进而保障工作面安全生产。The abnormal gas emission will lead to the gas concentration exceeding the limit in the working face,and the broken weight of electrical equipment will cause gas explosion or coal and gas outburst accidents,which will seriously threaten the safety of underground operators.South NO.5903 driving face is in the protected area,which is seriously affected by igneous rock intrusion.When the working face is excavated to 288 m,the phenomenon of shotcreting occurs when the anchor cable hole of the roof is constructed 3 m away from the head,and the methane sensor of the working face reaches 1.5%.The personnel were forced to withdraw to the fresh air flow at Shunkou.In order to prevent the occurrence of gas accidents,it is necessary to analyze the causes of the abnormal gas emission in detail,and provide guidance for the formulation of targeted prevention measures,so as to ensure the safety of production in the working face.
