摘  要:夏季焦化化产回收面临巨大的考验,在高温天气等环境因素影响下,化产终冷洗苯蒸苯工序受水系温度的影响,煤气温度和循环洗油温度居高不下,严重影响洗脱苯效率。通过对生产运行和化验数据统计分析,合理分配水系的使用,提高制冷机效率,实现夏季生产终冷洗苯脱苯工序的长效稳定运行。The recovery of coking chemical products in summer is facing a great challenge.Under the influence of high temperature weather and other environmental factors,the final cold washing and benzene steaming process of chemical production is affected by water system temperature,and the temperature of gas and the temperature of circulating washing oil remain high,which seriously affects the benzene elution efficiency.Through the statistical analysis of production operation and laboratory data,the use of water system should be reasonably distributed to improve the efficiency of the refrigerator,so as to realize the long-term and stable operation of the final cold washing and benzene removal process in summer production.
